Hey, I'm Jess!
I’m a 30 year old millennial with big dreams. Among the projects I concoct in my mind late at night, this website is one of them.
Basically, I’m a passionate creative.
This means I can’t imagine a world where I don’t share my thoughts, ideas and experiences with the world; It means I’m highly emotional and empathetic, and being a creative also means I have found myself in one of the most rewarding industries.
Where did it all start?
I have been creating pretty much my entire life. I used to design pictures and edit on Photoshop for fun, I would make greeting cards on an old program called Printmaster, play DJ on my dad’s computer with his music, and make short films on Windows Movie Maker.
I have also written about my life since I was 5 when I got my first diary. Today, I keep a blog and continue my journalistic style of writing to help inspire others.
But one day I decided to make a career. I’ve studied in journalism and creative writing, I’ve dabbled in film-making, magazine design, social media, and radio announcing in drive at 92.9/2TM Tamworth.
Then of course COVID hit and it brought me back to Adelaide working in marketing and now, web development!
